How it is run
Gulani Stores Accounting is powered by Manager, the accounting software. We run our own Manager cloud server, create your business on it and give you your own restricted login. We do the setup, keep it backed up and updated, connect it to your POS if you want that, help you with the books and bill you in Kwacha. Manager is made by Manager Solutions — it is their software, not ours, and we say so plainly.

Manager is made by Manager Solutions, not by us. What you pay Gulani Stores for is the setup, the POS integration, the backups, the local support and billing in Kwacha.
Yes. Your business sits on the Gulani Stores Manager cloud server and you get your own restricted login to it. You see your business and nobody else's, and you can have extra logins for your accountant or manager.
Your business on our Manager cloud server, the initial setup and chart of accounts, your logins, daily backups, updates, and support from the Gulani Stores team when you get stuck. K650 is the minimum whether you add it to POS or use it on its own; a larger business with more books pays more, and we quote that up front.
