   Email support@gulanistores.co.zm from the address on your account, or call the numbers below during office hours.

   Tell us which account

   Include the full name, business name and phone number registered on the account so we can identify it.

   We confirm with you

   We check that the request comes from the account owner, then confirm the deletion by email. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we respond within 30 days.

What Happens to Your Data

• After account deletion, we may retain certain data in anonymized form for analytics purposes or as required by law.
• Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for legal and tax compliance.
• Cancelling a subscription does not automatically deactivate a user account — account deletion is a separate request.
