Refund Policy

Request within 7 days

Users can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the software does not meet their expectations. Refunds will only be granted if no significant usage has occurred.

Technical issues

If the software has critical technical issues that prevent proper functionality and cannot be resolved by our support team, a refund may be issued upon verification.

Duplicate payment

Accidental duplicate purchases will be refunded upon verification of the transaction.

No refunds after 7 days

Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will not be eligible, except in extraordinary cases reviewed by our support team.

Subscription fees

Refunds for monthly or yearly subscriptions are only available if requested within the first 7 days of the billing cycle.

Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel their subscription anytime through their account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

Immediate Cancellation

Users may choose to cancel their subscription immediately, but no refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

Auto-renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled before the renewal date. Users will receive a reminder email before renewal.

Account Deactivation

Canceling a subscription does not automatically deactivate a user account. Users can request account deletion separately.
