Odoo ERP
Keep your Odoo database in step with the shop floor. Products you create in Gulani Stores appear in Odoo, and every sale, return and purchase is posted as it is recorded.
You connect it with your Odoo host, database name, username and password.
Manager.io
Send your day's trading straight into your books. Sales become invoices, purchases become bills, and your suppliers and customers stay in one list.
You connect it with your Manager.io server address and an access token.
ZRA Smart Invoice
Fiscalise your sales with the Zambia Revenue Authority in real time. Every invoice is submitted for you, your official ZRA receipt numbers are stored, and you keep a full audit log.
You connect it with your TPIN, branch ID and device serial number. ZRA enrolment is reviewed before it goes live.

How it works
Link it once, then carry on selling

Link the store once. Open Integrations in the store dashboard, enter your connection details, test them, and link. Your credentials are encrypted.

Carry on selling. Products, sales, sales returns, purchases and suppliers are sent across automatically as you record them.

Nothing gets lost. If the other system is down or the internet drops, the sync is queued and retried. You can see any failure and retry it yourself from the same page.

Unlink whenever you want. Turning a connection off stops the sync straight away. Your Gulani Stores data stays exactly as it is.

A failed sync is queued and retried automatically, and you can retry it by hand from the same page. Nothing is silently dropped.
